Oh, it did. The jumpsuit was orange polyester, like thick pantyhose from hell, and the boots were gold fabric. What "loose-jointed waist" really meant was that they would flop from side to side when you slid the "touch 'n go" doll stands around, but shaking that fringe was worth it.
Same basic principle as the Earthquake Tower — speaking of disaster toys.
